    Things to note

     

    When the load current is higher than 5A, a radiator must be used. Thermal conductive silicone grease is applied between the solid state relay base plate and the radiator mounting surface. Above 40A, a fan or water cooling is required.

    When used with inductive loads, a bidirectional Zener diode or varistor (MOV) needs to be connected to the output end. It is recommended that the varistor be 1.6-1.9 times the rated voltage.

    In order to prevent the temperature rise of solid-state relays from exceeding the allowable value, appropriate spacing should be left when two or more solid-state relays are installed side by side.

    When using multiple solid-state relays to share a control power supply, the input terminals can be used in series or in parallel.
